Was a student of martial arts since 5yrs old - Teaching was the next level of advancement

I have worked with children from 4 - 18 yrs of age- taught my own kids 2 sons and a Daughter- all are Black belts- I have trained people with a wide range of health almements from diabetes to bad joints ( back , knee, shoulders) I've also worked with people about to do Jail time on survival self defense..
