I have over 10+ years of football knowledge. I have played football at the college and professional level. I am also strength and conditioning, coach, nutritionist, and a personal trainer. I started online coaching because I’m playing football at the moment. But I build personal programs catered to certain people’s goal with what workouts to do, how much to eat and a meal plan.
