On top of that I've also been a strength and conditioning, speed and agility trainer for 4 years now. I'm extremely well rounded when it comes to athletic training. Size, strength, speed, agility and Explosiveness will all increase with me.

I played football for over 10 different organizations and over those stays I was able to sort the most safe and effective ways to play football. I fell in love with football at an early age . I played little league college high school and semi pro. I mostly emphasize on cornerbacks and defensive back but I understand quarterback wide receiver and running back also. I was a running back in high school and cornerback /safety in college and on semi pro level I was strictly cornerback. I
