I played football, baseball, and basketball each for 13 years and have a passion to help young individuals develop and enhance their athletic skills. In sports, I believe nothing can substitute for hard work and repetition. I can guarantee between my passion for sports and helping individuals progress, the trainee will become better at the sport they are training for.

We will warm up, strech, core training, balance and strength. Work on footwork drills. Quickness and explosive drills. Train with the Vertimax and Raptor. I have been training athletes for 10+ years. I was a high school standout in football and baseball. Played college football at Northern Michigan university were i was a,2 time all conference Defensive back. I love getting people better I enjoy watching people get more confident and in better shape. If you work hard when you train the game will be come easy...

Most football trainers look to work with db's and receivers but being a former All San Gabriel Valley 1st Team Middle Linebacker I focus on linebacker fundamentals but I can coach db's as I am a defensive coordinator. I enjoy teaching the game and being able to see the progress and when the light comes on for the athletes that I coach.
