My name is Dom Richardson, I have over 30 years experience in different modalities of training. I have played football on the Division 1 level and also played football professionally with the Washington Redskins from 2004-2006. I currently hold a Science Degree in Kinesiology from Howard University and am certified through ISSA in personal training, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning. I have helped athletes with sports specific training in the pro, collegiate and high school level. My knowledge ranges across multiple sports ranging from football to tennis.

Earned a Div 1 scholarship to play quarterback at San Jose State University. Tried out and made the San Jose state Men’s Basketball team. Played several football seasons for Dusseldorf Panthers in the German Football League. Fished in several bass fishing tournaments. Including the WON BASS US Open, WON Bass Arizona Open, WON Bass CA Open etc…. I own a 2020 Nitro Z20 and I am captain certified.
