Through hitting drills off the tee, using soft toss, short toss, and batting practice, reps can build muscle memory and confidence. I was a Division I baseball player, starting first baseman for the Columbia University Lions. I also played outfield and third base. I earned a selection to the All Ivy team my senior year.
